Social Media Coordinator
Part Time/Remote
Kulture Khazana’s Social Media Coordinator will be an integral member of the Marketing team and will work across our channels to educate people about the purpose of sharing cultural stories. We’re looking for someone who knows how to tell a story on social media.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Social Media Consultant and CEO on a content calendar that will drive engagement on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Tik Tok.
- Create and repurpose content specifically for social media. Be able to produce visual content using Canva; create Reels and video content using Kulture Khazana products.
- Post as per content calendar and engage with the community
- Develop and execute a plan for improving growth.
- Report on performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and awareness.
Who You Are
- 2+ years social media experience planning, creating, and managing content on multiple platforms, including Tik Tok, Instagram, Youtube and Facebook.
- Creative thinker who can take an idea and build content that amplifies it across our channels.
- Performance-driven person who seeks out metrics to evaluate success and identify new opportunities.
- Passionate about the mission
- Can take directions well and add their creativity to the content based on recent social media trends/algorithms
