Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

• For Express orders placed before 3 PM (ET), we aim to process them the same day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Shipping:

  • Orders $39.99 and up qualify for free standard shipping, with an expected delivery timeframe of 5 business days.

• Shipping Cost:

  • For orders under $39.99, shipping fees vary based on weight and destination; customers can preview costs using the Shipping Calculator at checkout.

• Estimated Delivery:

  • Each item lists its own estimated delivery window (e.g., “Estimated Delivery: Sep 01–Sep 05”).

Geographic Coverage

• We currently only ship within the USA. International shipping is not available at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

• Most items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

• If the return is due to damage or a seller error, we will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

• For returns due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and considering shipping insurance.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
